OpenStep 4.2 unable to copy to machine

While I can drag and drop an iso file to access it. I can't use the Load File in OpenStep for any other file type. There doesn't appear to be an equivalent of 'The Outside World' in the Mac variants.

For now the best option is to first boot into an emulated Mac that supports both The Outside World and Saved HD. You can then drag files and copy them to Saved HD. After you've shut down that Mac (it should be a clean shutdown so that changes to Saved HD are fully saved), you can boot into NeXTStep/OpenStep (3.0 and later support HFS) and get at the files from Saved HD.
