[Remote-SSH Bug]: The remote-tunnels in local vscode client cannot connect to the remote server.

Expected Behavior

Hello,
I could use the remote-tunnel in local vscode client to connect to the remote server normally yesterday, but it failed today.

However, I can still connect it with the link https://vscode.dev/tunnel/XXX provided by ./code tunnel which I run in the remote server.
I really don't know why remote-tunnel in vscode client is invalid.

Steps To Reproduce

1. In remote server, I run ./code tunnel
2. In local host, I use the remote-tunnel in vscode client to connnect remote server.
3. Remote-tunnel could detect the tunnel is online. However, it failed to connect to the remote extension host server (Error: Connection closed)

Please update the version of VS code you're using to host the tunnel (on the remote side) to 1.92

Hi, I have updated my vscode to 1.93.0, this problem appeared again (before is ok). I can only connect remote-server through website and the client will fail. It's so weired.

This problrm seems to belong to vscode itself, maybe it is related to remote-tunnel processing the tunnel proxy server. I need your answer eagerly, thaks.
