Can't pop-out videos anymore to watch while coding #6560

When using Azure, we used to be able to pop-out videos to watch them in a bigger window while coding. Now that we have YouTube, our only choice is to watch small or watch full-screen. Can we add this to our priorities, along with being able to pop-out images, etc?
