Ever Present List of Steps

Proposal:

Create an option to have steps that are ever present in the sidebar. This would be a panel that allows the learner to see steps 1 ... n in the sidebar, and still at the same time see the code windows. This enables learners to see the entire context of a lesson and not have their eyes jump around.
