Uninstaller not able to install VS 2015

Visual Studio Uninstaller is not able to uninstall the VS 2015.
It still show in the Control Panel. I'm also not able to uninstall the VS 2015 as regularly.

I had this issue to, it seemed to pause when uninstalling vsupdate_KB3022398.exe. This might be a coincidence but I hit some keys in the cmd window and the uninstall process seemed to resume. It might be lucky timing or hitting keys actually helped. Its not very helpful but I'd thought I'd mention it.
