NubesGen is ready for production

From the inception, NubesGen is done by people with production experience for people having to create and maintain services in production.

We intent to but the bar higher for NubesGen v2.

Work items

Nubesgen itself is production ready

• The REST API is documented through an OpenAPI definition, and versioned #363
• Template engine output is tested in an automated way (= smoke deployments)
• NubesGen CLI embeds defaults templates, and does not requires nubesgen.com service for generation
• Documentation section: troubleshooting and running locally/docker

Nubesgen-generated code is production ready for our users

• NubesGen provides a way to delete environments
• Production environments are using locks
• GitHub actions don't depend on microsoft/nubesgen-actions repository (use local custom actions)
