For strain AB1157, when trying to edit the genotype table error message appears that says there are rows in conflict with the working copy, when "edit working copy" is clicked it takes you to an error page.

Jim checked on this and found the following problem:

"The page ID in the link to edit the table has the wrong page id. This is a problem with how pages were moved from Category pages, where the move doesn't work.

We need to write a script to fix this, but any individual page can be edited by finding the id of the category page and editing the URL bar. When you resave the table, it fixes the link. I just did this on AW405."

What to do to fix the problem manually:

  • Click 'Edit table' for the Phenotype Table and find the page id in the URL and copy it.
  • Click 'Edit table' for the Strain Summary Table. The page id in the URL will be different than the one for the Phenotype Table; replace this number with page id from the Phenotype Table URL. Hit ENTER.
  • When the Table Edit page reloads, the conflict should have disappeared. Save the table and the page before proceeding.
