Support for different node types (data, tribe, http only, ingest (starting from vers. 5)) #578

The elasticsearch setup is nice for small setups. Bigger setups for millions or billions of documents needs a more specific setup like this 10 data node, 2 http only nodes and tribe nodes. Each type has different ressources requirements.
Starting from Version 5 there is a new ingest node type.

Something like a configuration form setup is needed to configure the node types.

I think we should add master nodes as well

As I know, the master node are automatically selected. do not have a config in mind, where we can set a node to be always a master.
Think the master(s) gets elected by a quorum.

each type of node should have a possibility to customize info about resources. Master node(s) should be separated and without data (storage is not required).
