[Request] Add Static Analysis / Linting To the Project #72

Describe the solution you'd like

I think it would be a good idea to add some form of CI Static Analysis using:

pylint
eclint
markdownlint

The reason being this would allow us to keep a consistent style going forward

Additional context

We could also add a .vscode recommended plugins and format settings meaning we could make it more consistent again and easier contributions.
