Keep image file names in built-in operations

Built-in operations does not keep input image file names in the returned array of images. This is a problem when using custom operations that need to know these file names.
I produced this unexpected behavior by first running a custom operation then a built-in one and a last custom one that looked for the file names.

A work-around is to first add all custom operations to the pipeline
