For example:

mccs-bot has quit chat
mccs-bot has joined chat

What's the worst that could happen?

What's the purpose of doing that?

@recursor94 I believe the bot does not detect changes in the plugins until it quits then joins the chat again. This would allow for easier plugin development/testing

If this is possible, it is possible through http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unix_signal

Maybe we should a mccs-bot manager REST api that mccs-bot can call. Nice idea @travisby
