Add options menu

Add an options menu to the top right of the page. Should be the standard Material Design three dots icon. A click should open an popup menu. Options in this menu to include, but not limited to:

• Enable/Disable Dark Mode
• Settings (to open overlay menu, used to manage various settings)

So I pulled your chrome-extension branch and opened the options.html page without running gulp and saw the save icon on the right, but when I run the gulp command that icon seems to disappear. I am attaching the screenshots of the same, please check.
