Seperated documentation from core

Hello, materialize team and interested people!

In the last days I have made progress by splitting the docs from the core project. Big thanks to @danice for laying the first steps achieving this milestone.

Also I have to put in some Ads in near future to make this project more profitable. So I can keep up with the work.
Also it would be hugely appreciated when you check the docs and provide some PRs or Issues.
I think there are some details which still have to be fixed.
Some things are open:

• The processes docu: Readme, Maintain, Release Processes etc. will change a bit
• Templates/Examples have to be put in docs too, maybe with CDN version
• New Release: The next days a new release will come (2.0.3-beta) the versions should not be changed when (alpha or beta is added, sorry that was my fault, i am still learning)
• About Page: Needs to be fixed and I think we should thank maintainers, write members and members of the current orga.
