Translating Documentation

Hey everyone,

I would like to start the discussion about translation in the documentation (https://materializecss.github.io/materialize). Currently, the documentation is available only in the English language, which might be difficult for someone who can't read English yet. Also, the documentation is currently not designed for multilingual, so it would require a major rewrite in the documentation to implement this.

If you have any solution to implement translation, or would like to volunteer in translating to a different language, feel free to comment below. 😉

I don't have ideas about how to implement it, but I can help with translation into Russian and/or Ukrainian.
