Mount Vernon

left=-122.77 bottom=48.29 right=-121.94 top=48.65

This includes the next city over, having Anacortes, as well as all the way to the county line, with a bit of overlap.

Bellingham

left=-122.84 bottom=48.63 right=-122 top=49.01

Goes south to the county border and north to the Canadian border. Includes Blaine, Ferndale, Lynden, and all of the border crossings. It also goes right to the water.

Arlington

left=-122.55 bottom=48.01 right=-121.83 top=48.3
I don't know if it should be called Arlington or Marysville. They're both towns about the same size, and because their metro areas are distinct they don't have one name that covers both. Arlington is closer to the centre. Covers both county lines and the coastline.

Olympia

left=-123.22 bottom=46.76 right=-122.36 top=47.2

Covers Lewis-McChord and fairly far south to get the county lines, but I don't think the data density is too bad. It also goes far enough north to get the county line and coastline

These bounding boxes are designed to agree with each other and provide a bit of overlap, as well as the greater Seattle bbox in #494.
