Current behavior:
when doing a maproulette challenge and clicking edit the ID-editor is openend and the map section, where the point to edit is, is selected. But if a single point (node etc) is being edited, it is not selected automatically.
expected behavior: when editing OSM through the ID-editor the node, way, relation that is being edited should be selected. this enables the edit feature side menu and speeds up the edit process.
an example of a working URL would be: https://www.openstreetmap.org/edit?editor=id&node=299587851. in this case node is passed as parameter and the edit feature side menu is active from the start. for ways or relations the parameter needs to be adapted. eg. https://www.openstreetmap.org/edit?editor=id&way=123082389
this is especially useful if the section of the map is crowded.
I don't know if this behavior is useful for all challenges, but when editing single nodes or elements it could accelerate the editing process. One could require a parameter in the geo-json file to activate the behavior.
