Have got it configured very basically and it's created a recycling calendar and shows which days is recycling or black bin bag days.
So far it is showing this in the calendar feed cards.

How do I get to see the raw data of whats available so I customise it?

Or in other words how do I get it to look like the installation guide?

In your sensor configuration you should either remove the type attribute (and its elements) or replace Waste Type 1 and Waste Type 2 with the names returned by the integration in your case Refuse and Recycle. This parameter defines for which waste types the sensor should listen. The images show the detail view when clicking on the sensor. For changing the details section you can use the details_format arguments. To change the text shown in the normal cards use the value_template argument.
