Archive the repo, since feature is in Composer 2.8 now #90

Since Composer 2.8.0, this functionality is now part of Composer itself https://getcomposer.org/doc/06-config.md#bump-after-update

I would suggest to archive this repo with reference to this option. Or is there something provided by this plugin that's not available in Composer?
