API call failed on location redirect

The curl call doesn't follow a location redirect.
Solution:

         curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER, false);
 
+        curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION, true);
+        curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_POSTREDIR, 3);
