Video improvements

Watching the WROLPi walkthrough videos and you had mentioned a couple of features with the video functionality that you wanted to add.

I've been using @axcore's awesome program Tartube https://github.com/axcore/tartube to handle my video archiving for the past few years.

It has a lot of features and is written in Python, so the code might be a good reference for any video features you still want to implement :)
