Updated README.md with some more helpful guides on running it and some pointers on process link up during setup
Updated codebase to use the most up-to-date Erlang, Elixir, Phoenix(1.6 with esbuild) (check mix.exs and .tool-versions)
Added some minor comments and IO.inspect to trace how processes work
