Steam App Bug? #415

I installed the "Steam" app via the software manager. It used to show up in installed applications as seen here:

However, when viewing the list of installed apps in software manager now, it does not show up 95% of the time:

Why is it missing? For reference, it is the app in the distro package, "Steam" and not "Steam-Installer".
