May I suggest that this repo is reorganized into a research compendium?
Here some background info:

These are a bit overkill but there are a few easy steps that can make the repo more reproducible. E.g. as a minimum compendium I would:

Put scripts, markdown reports and any outputs in different folders.
Add a License (e.g. MIT: https://github.com/lifewatch/acoustic-receiver-network-analysis/community/license/new?branch=main&filename=LICENSE&template=mit)
