The problem is best shown in the video I posted on YT:

The crosshair automatically appears in the upper left corner when it goes out of the screen. Changing the screen aspect ratio to full does nothing. I also tried with other input drivers.

Retroarch 1.15
Win 11, I7 8700k, Rtx 3070ti
