Try kata containers with k3s

There is ongoing work (in a branch) to use the k3s runtime (plus longhorn) to enable edge node clusters with EVE-OS.
There can be several ways to deploy containers/pods in such a system and one which still needs to be tried us using kata containers together with k3s. (If this works well it is a potential path to get confidential container support on hardware which supports such memory encryption).

There are some basic instructions of how to combine k3s and kata (e.g., https://blog.niflheim.cc/posts/kata_containers_raspberry/) but need to map that to how we build EVE-OS and install k3s etc.
