How to use the infoBar

Hi does someone have an example of how to use the InfoBar because I didn't managed to display one even when I just copied the source code (In XAML or in C#). The problem is that I can "see" the infoBar when double clicking on its location so that its select it but the content and the color of the InfoBar aren't visible

UPDATE:
Don't forget to set the IsOpen parameter to true as it is set to false by default...
