RTL doesn't work by any method

I’m unable to change the text direction to RTL (Right-to-Left)

Neither the shortcut Ctrl + Shift works, nor does right-clicking on the input box and selecting the RTL option resolve the issue. Despite attempting these methods, the problem persists
