We probably should add some information to the fitting notebook how to change the bounds set automatically for most of the models.
Can we limit the linear slope to be positive in the roi? Can we do it such that the fitting adheres to it (e.g. as a function instead a fixed value).
If a function hit the bounds, are degrees of freedom used correctly?
