Use a more static identifier than /dev/sdX for ceph device creation

sometimes /dev/sdX can change for example when adding new hba or disk order etc so its not the most failureproof technique it may be usefull to use a more static identifier like uuid. I will have a look how a possible solution can look like but maybe someone has already an idea
