enhancement(release): Improve Install script for macos, windows, linux

Why do we need it?

the install script involves some unnecessary user interaction.
also some parts are not quite polished

What it will bring?

it will enable automatically detect the latest release. and will install that if no env.INSTALL_VERSION specificed
