Pirates Gold from sega genesis with amiga cd32 sountrack?

Just wanted to make a suggestion:

Which has a great digital soundtrack that could replace the original sega low quality music or voice. The game on genesis is much better and faster on loadings etc, but the sound part is awful. Could this be combined, put together?
