Squinky Labs 4x4: MIDI-mapping to pads not possible #92

Im using Squinky Labs 4x4 in VCV Rack Freee 2.5.2 under Linux Manjaro in addion to JACK2.
I got an AKAI MPK mini plus as MIDI controller.

Unfortunately the MIDI-mapping of a pad - as you described in your proper tutorial - isn't possible.

When I try to map a pad in Squinky Labs 4x4 nothing is recognized:
