does net-vips works with .NET Maui on Android and Ios?

Supporting .NET Maui (or Android/iOS devices in general) would require libvips to be cross-compiled for these mobile OSes. See also: #118 (comment).

For Android, I know that Termux provides a way to install libvips, see PR termux/termux-packages#6325 (I haven't tested this).

Let's tag this as an enhancement.
