Consider to separate open-source and paid solution

Hello,

I think open-source is the first criteria when looking for a tool. It may be interested to have two lists for each category. The first list for open source tool and the second one for paid one.

An example with fake information :

Cron Job Monitoring

Open-source:
- Cronitor - Monitor any cron job or scheduled task.

Paid solution :
- HealthchecksIO - Simple and effective cron job monitoring.
- FakeExample - blablabla
