Improve Documentation for Tile Instances

To continue on #163 and #64, the documentation for Map.tileInstances is incredibly sparce and needs a revisit. After doing a dump of the table there's a lot more information and a different structure than is implied by the documentation namely on how layers are incorporated into the table.
