Divergent style for IEEE Computer Society

I am using biblatex-ieee for an IEEE CS conference, and I observed some discrepancies between the IEEE citation style guide and the IEEE Computer Society 2015 style guide pp.32-37.

Here is some of the differences I spotted:

• IEEE CS never show the location of a conference
• IEEE CS never show the publisher of a conference
• IEEE CS show the series at the end of the conference name, between parentheses
• IEEE CS never put the page number last when citing a journal or a magazine

I suggest adding a flag to toggle between the two modes.
