How does this work with Trakt lists within Radarr and Sonarr?

if i have a few trakt lists aded in Sonarr and Radarr and use Maintainerr to remove old unwatched movies, the list in theory will add the move again if not found. I assume Maintainerr will not wotrk in this scenario?

You can use the Add list exclusions option in the rule to prevent them being re-added in Sonarr/Radarr.

No it's not manual. When the delete action is performed by Maintainerr on the Radarr/Sonarr media, the list exclusion is added.
