- Add auto-generated comment header
- long-term: remove "using namespace" directives from output and replace with fully qualified names. Also enclose implementations in relevant namespace
- clean up memory usage. Right now none of the ownership guidelines for clang are being followed. There
  are memory leaks galore. Need to make sure things are cleaned up properly
- Figure out how to initialize argument capture and default return values. This must be done
  both in the declaration of the variables at the top of the output, and in the reset() function
- generate a header for each stub that can extern all of the helper variables. This can be easily
  done by hand in a unit test module by copying what's at the top of the stub output and adding "extern"
- Find a better way to make use of client_data so we don't have to rely on global variables for
  collection function information.
- Create stubs for all constructors and destructors
- Handle overloaded functions with different input args (same name). Right now this just makes duplicate stubs
- Handle pass-by-reference inputs to functions (capture as pointer)
- Figure out header include path
- Handle const members of classes that must be initialized in a constructor
- Handle operator overloading?
- Handle functions/methods with const qualifier (need to add to the implementation)
- Handle const function arguments (captured values can't be const)
- Don't define stubs for functions which have inline definitions
