I am trying to migrate the database to phpmyadmin
I mention as a command : php artisan migrate ; then finally i find only 2 tables : one of users and other for password reset

To phpmyadmin? You probably mean phpIP v2 from what you say.
So you already have a working phpIP v1 and you want to test v2. Note that v2 is not fully operational yet.
