Incorrect score-based ranking on scoreboards when multiple scoring systems are in use in a session

Describe the bug
When multiple scoring systems are in use for a single session, the score based rank is incorrect or missing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load linked database.
2. Start session M1 (already complete)
3. View scoreboards.
4. See error

Expected behavior
Ranks are correctly applied for each registration category (see last column on each scoreboard).

Note that athletes in the all bodyweights categories at the bottom cause the gaps in total ranking for the senior categories at the top.
