Most meets in the US will want public results scoreboards to be shown in lifting order. Most viewers don't know about the option to bring up the settings and change the order. It would be great if the meet organizer could set the scoreboards to open in lifting order by default.

This will likely take the form a secret in the fly.io interface or an [env] entry in the toml.
Both would require the use of the CLI to redeploy the app, which is lilely acceptable for this use case.
That's what I was trying to avoid. But since normal competitions could use it, that might make sense.
On the other hand, the large USAW championship options fo trigger restarts on high-water marks would not belong there.
