Youtube Playlist not downloading and disapears from que

Hello I am trying to download to a youtube playlist with 69 videos.
I would like MP3 format but iv tried both Video+Audio and Audio Only options.
For both instances.

I load up the https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLvG0pE-AE-IdRfKXTM2_jmAVrsp5V6f6K Link
and then it looks like its going to load all of the files and then it disappears from the que like nothing ever happened.

Version 2.5.4 is used.
Forced Audio Output set to MP3
Video setting set to MP4
Changed Settings to split videos into separate videos never, under 50, and under 200. Same Results
Used a link of single video within the playlist of 69. Same Results.

I think it has to do with youtube authentication thinking its a bot.
I used original YT-DLP ( NON GUI) had to obtain a cookie text, put it into the folder and used original YT_DLP for this request.

I think for me other single videos were not working either.
