There seems to be a new version of the webOSTV js lib, found here: https://webostv.developer.lge.com/develop/references/webostvjs-introduction
This PR replaces the 1.2.10 version with 1.2.11.
Changelog mentions: "Fixed the dolbyAtmos property to work with eARC devices."
