Help with FFMPEG

I have the same problem as described here.
Disabling hardware acceleration seems to solve the playback issue.

I tried to check the logs but they seem meaningless for me and I was wondering if somebody knows if this could be easily fixed.

For context, I'm running Jellyfin inside docker, inside Ubuntu server, inside an old MacBook (usb boot)
