xmltv rescans are incredibly slow compared.

Hi, when either initially adding channels and a guide, or updating them - the process is incredibly slow, though admittedly it does still produce the desired outcome. Tivimate for example can process the exact same playlist and xmltv file in a few minutes max, whereas with Jellyfin it can take several hours sometimes.

Please can you consider doing something to optimise this process a little?
