Suggestion: Use XmlSerializer for easier maintainability #17

I suggest using XmlSerializer (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.xml.serialization.xmlserializer?redirectedfrom=MSDN&view=net-7.0) instead of the current approach.

This would probably make it easier to parse the xml files.

An example for serializing XMLTV can be found here: https://github.com/Zapan9966/XmlTvGrabberWebGui/tree/e0fa0e799b9655a86bc6e235820b042c369f26a9/XmlTvGrabberWebGui/SerializeModels

The corresponding classes can be taken from here: https://github.com/XMLTV/xmltv/blob/master/xmltv.dtd

At the same time missing features like the image tag (see here) could be added.
