libwebkit2gtk-4.0-dev not available in Ubuntu 24 or debian 13

chowcentaur depends on libwebkit2gtk-4.0-dev which is not available in Ubuntu 24 or debian 13.

I have updated the control file in the deb package to use libwebkit2gtk-4.1-dev and also removed all of the source files that shouldn't be included.

This new fixed package installs and works without issue on Ubuntu 24.

Please consider using the attached deb package.

Hi,

Actually ibwebkit2gtk is not required by the program as it has JUCE_WEB_BROWSER=0 set. I think it's added to build deps by the JUCE default requirements. So it's pretty safe to remove libwebkit2gtk-4.1-dev from the receipt.
