Exclude third-party from Doxyfile?

Currently when rendering documentation using Doxygen.app, it includes documentation for all 3rd party libraries as well. Do we want this, or should we exclude them from Doxygen documentation?

I don't know if this would affect (negatively) documentation hints in the Xcode IDE as well, or if it only matters when generating HTML documentation.

I remember setting this up for the original API in this file:
