<flipnote-image> does not display original thumbnail and just uses the first frame

hi its me mt finally decided to post this issue after realizing it wasn't an error on my end pls don't scream at me lol.

this is loaded in flipnote image mode and display this frame:

but it should be loading this frame

the changed code in question

is this a bug or an intended feature?
