Simplify DockeContainer01, SingularContainer01 , JupyterNotebook01 etc to just DockeContainer, SingularContainer , JupyterNotebook ...
No direct use case for the extra complexity.

Leave the 0.1 in the URN identifiers for now. That will change to 1.0 when we change to URLs.
